Side Events

The Set Plan Conference also this year welcomes the organisation of various Side events. Side event organisers are responsible for their event and its organisation. Side Events can be organised online or on-site. Each organiser can choose a date on 24th November (full day) or 26th November after the conference. The on-site Side event organiser takes care of the location himself and chooses the location by preference. The organisers of the Set Plan Conference will promote selected Side events through their communication channels.

The Set Plan Conference also this year welcomes the organisation of various Side events. Side event organisers are responsible for their event and its organisation. Selected organisations and companies will be able to organise various Side Events on-site at any location in Slovenia or online on the Confiva platform. Each organiser can choose a date on 24th November (full day) or 26th November after the conference. The on-site Side event organiser takes care of the location himself and chooses the location by preference.

We invite you to fill out a form in which you briefly describe your organisation and the content of the Side event you would like to present, as well as the method of presentation (on-site and online). By 5th November 2021, we will accept your application and suggestions for your Side event and let you know if you have been selected to organise your Side Event. The selected Side events will be promoted through the communication channel of the SET Plan Conference.
